AdOpsOne.ai is an AI-Powered ad operations assistant for digital content publishers using Google Ad Manager (GAM). We are a part of Affinity Global (Google Certified Publishing Partner) and help grow revenues for digital content publishers by solving complex ad operational challenges.
  1. Dashboard: Simple-to-read dashboard consolidating data from multiple platforms such as your GAM, Google Analytics and monetization partners
  2. Genie: Augment your dashboard with an AI-enabled predictive recommendations engine that enables you to make data-backed decisions to future-proof your business
  3. Managed Services: Leverage the power of an expert ad ops team that works directly on your GAM with 100% transparency, with all key metrics visible to you through your dashboard
  1. Google Ad Manager – Admin level access
  2. Google AdSense – Admin/Standard level access
  3. Google Analytics – Editor level access
  4. Third-party consoles – All console access to be shared (including demand partner consoles)

No, unfortunately, we won’t be able to do that. However, we can help you setup your Google Ad Manager (GAM) from scratch. Also, we highly recommend that you adopt GAM for better management and transparency rather than relying on third-party partners that do not give you the complete picture and thrive on opaque working arrangements.

As your in-house ad operations team, we will need unrestricted access to your Google Ad Manager to carry out the following tasks:

  • Setting up your existing inventory
  • Taking quick performance-based actions
  • Managing and analyzing Ad Exchange demand
  • Setting up Header Bidding, HVR and other Revenue Boosters on your Google Ad Manager

More Power:
AdOpsOne brings you the power of human and machine intelligence to deliver ad ops excellence never seen before. We give you the power to analyze your entire inventory and extract the highest possible revenue from the world of Google AdSense, Google AdX, Ad Networks, Supply Side Platforms (SSP), Ad Exchanges, Header Bidding, and Exchange Bidding.

More Efficiency:
AdOpsOne brings you process automation and AI-led decision making to eliminate hours of routine day-to-day ad operations tasks, saving you time for more important things in business. We derive monetization insights on your traffic and deliver it in ways which prove to be valuable for your sales and management teams.

More Transparency:
AdOpsOne is designed with one simple philosophy at its core — 100% transparency. We operate inside your Google Ad Manager (GAM). This way you always have full transparency into what we’re doing and how your performance is.

More Revenue:
Our product is engineered to drive the most important business outcome that matters for any online publisher — more revenue. Think new revenue out of thin air, simply by letting us manage your Google Ad Manager (GAM) and your existing monetization partners. Since AdOpsOne works with your existing monetization partners, you get paid directly by them.

Dashboard or Genie: If you opt for these products, you will get a point of contact from our Product Team.
Managed Services: If you opt for this product, you will get a dedicated account manager as well as an ad ops manager. You will also receive additional support from our Product and Tech teams.

Your ad ops team spends a lot of time pulling data from various sources, putting them into an excel and then making some sense out of it. We can empower them with a powerful, simple-to-use dashboard which automatically pulls in data from various demand partners/networks, consolidating and presenting it in a single view. This helps you make faster and more efficient data-driven decisions for growth. With most of the mundane and routine tasks of ad operations now automated, your ad ops teams can focus on strategic value-adding tasks to boost revenues.

Currently, AdOpsOne supports optimizing display ads only. Additionally, we can help you with setting up native and video ad formats.

We will help manage your AMP ad monetization, but we do not manage your AMP pages.

We only support content sites that are 100% compliant with Google’s content policies. Click here to find out more.

No, we are not demand partners. Instead, we can help you set up and manage your direct campaigns.

Growth is a gradual process; every step that we take from day 1 will be to provide consistent growth to the publisher. This growth performance can be tracked transparently through our dashboard which will give you detailed statistics of your account’s performance.

This varies based on your current monetization setup. Publishers have reported eCPM lifts of anywhere between 30% to 300% of what they were witnessing before working with us.

We provide a FREE Header Bidding solution and the demand for the same is brought from our inhouse demand partner Yield Solutions who are involved with 10+ bidders. This solution also gives you the flexibility to integrate any Prebid partners brought in by you.

Yes, you can and should get your own demand partners so that we can better optimize your inventory. In simple words – More the number of partners, better the yield.

Publishers working with AdOpsOne (part of Affinity Global – a Google Certified Publishing Partner) stand a strong chance of getting Google ADX, provided you meet Google’s qualifying criteria. Based on approval, you will get a Child Account to access ADX premium demand.

Yes, we can use your ADX seat to tap into ADX demand.

Once the agreement is completed, we will need anywhere between 15-30 days to go live with a clean set up on your GAM. The exact go-live period will depend on your current ad setup and complexity of your website.

We charge a flat monthly fee based on the impressions we manage. Billing will be on a net 30-day basis. Check out our plans here.

AdOpsOne operates as your own ad ops team or an extension of your current team to manage all your ad operations requirements. We have written a detailed blog on what makes us different from other ad networks and you can read more about it here

No, we do not deploy any code on your page. Most optimization strategies are executed inside your GAM. In case you want to deploy Header Bidding or Banner Refresh, then a zero impact JS code is customized based on your setup. In fact, we can help you with a few strategies on improving your Core Web Vitals score.

No, AdOpsOne does not work with any lock-ins. Publishers are free to work with us until they see the value. All we require is a simple 30-days termination notice.

We implement stringent security controls to prevent breaches as well as to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Some examples of our security measures include physical access control, role-based access to data, multi-factor authentication for privileged access, monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities, etc. We also implement governance controls such as ensuring NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and periodic security training for all employees, consultants, and contractors.
